Acceptance

By installing or using TrainScribe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TrainScribe on your own devices, for your own training diary. You may not resell the app, copy it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Subscription and billing

The free plan includes one assisted session reconstruction per week; manual entry is unlimited. The optional subscription unlocks unlimited reconstructions. It is billed through your Google Play account, renews automatically, and can be cancelled anytime in Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its policies.

Your content

Your recaps and sessions are yours. They are stored on your device; you can export or erase them in Settings at any time.

Not medical advice

TrainScribe is a training diary. It does not provide medical, health, or coaching advice. The suggestions it shows are informational only. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training, especially if you have a medical condition.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. AI reconstruction can make mistakes; review your sessions and correct them when needed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

These terms may evolve with the app. Significant changes will be reflected on this page; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
